Your video library, right where you already keep it
Spectaculum reads the videos you have on OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, MEGA or your NAS and organizes them into a library with posters, synopses and "continue watching." No server to set up and nothing to upload anywhere.
What it does
All your sources together
OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, MEGA, shared folders over SMB, WebDAV, FTP and folders on the device itself. You can mix several in the same library.
A library that builds itself
It understands messy names (S01E05, 1x05, year, tags like 1080p or x264) and pulls in posters, synopses and seasons from The Movie Database.
Plays almost anything
On Android and Windows it uses the mpv engine: MKV, MP4, AVI, DTS and AC3 audio, ASS and SRT subtitles, multiple audio tracks and playback speed.
Picks up where you left off
It saves your position in every video and marks what you've already watched. The next episode shows up on its own in "continue watching."
Watch offline
Download a movie or a whole season to your phone before a trip and watch without using data.
Phone, TV and PC
Android, Android TV (with sign-in by code), Windows, and this web version for when you're on another computer.
How it works
- Connect a source. Sign in to your cloud or type in your NAS address. The app only asks for read access.
- Pick your videos folder. That way it doesn't go through your photos or documents. The library fills up as it explores.
- Watch. The video streams straight from your cloud to your screen. It never passes through our servers.
